1. Delivery & Installation
- Coverage: Free delivery & assembly across Dublin, Meath & Louth. Nationwide by quote.
- Lead time: Typically 2–6 weeks depending on size, finish and season. We confirm your week when you order.
- Access: Please ensure clear side access of approx. 80–90 cm and safe working space. Let us know about tight turns, steps, or canopies.
- Base: A solid, level base is required (concrete slab, paving or compacted hardcore). We can quote base preparation on request.
- Assembly: Included in the price. Most sheds install in 2–4 hours; larger cabins/garden rooms may take longer.
- Rescheduling: If access/base aren’t ready, we may need to reschedule; an additional call-out fee can apply (quoted upfront).

2. Orders & Payments
- Standard models: Pay securely at checkout or on delivery per invoice.
- Custom / made-to-measure: A deposit reserves materials and a build slot; the balance is due on assembly/completion (as set out on your Order Confirmation).
- If you ask us to begin work within 14 days (custom manufacture or on-site services), you agree we may charge for work/materials already completed if you later cancel.
3. Returns & Cancellations

4. Aftercare & Warranty
- Workmanship guarantee: 12 months on our assembly workmanship (in addition to your statutory rights).
- Timber care: Maintain ventilation; re-coat timber per manufacturer guidance; keep ground clear for drainage.
- We’re here to help: if anything isn’t right, contact us promptly with photos and your order number.

6. Missed Delivery / Re-Delivery Policy
If access is not ready or you are unavailable at the confirmed time:
- We will reschedule the delivery/installation.
- An additional call-out fee may apply (quoted in advance).
- Please contact us as early as possible to avoid charges.
7. Storage & Delayed Installations
- We can hold your shed free of charge for up to 2 weeks.
- Beyond this, storage fees may apply (quoted individually).
- Longer delays risk stock reallocation unless a deposit is paid.
